Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST ship same day via FedEx 2-Day Shipping. If you ordered on Monday before 12, you will get your order that Wednesday, otherwise it will arrive that Thursday. If you order on Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on that following Monday.

If possible, please refuse the package and notify us right away! We will send you a replacement once the claim is processed. (please photograph any un-opened damaged shipments upon receipt)

Please contact us as soon as possible! We may be able to change the delivery address before it ships or even while it’s in transit. Results are not guaranteed, but we will do our best. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and accurate.
